Parrish Owens, born in Fort Worth, Texas, was one of the first African American boys to live Dr. King's dream in organized sports. He joined a predominantly white-league baseball team in 1969 and was initially trained in organized sports by his father. After attending Lamar University, he pledged to the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and became the Polemarch. After moving to Dallas, he found his calling in the Lord and used his skills to unite his community for a common purpose. He founded Yo Big Fun Enterprise, a company that uses his experiences and passion for organizing sports and fraternity to unite his community for a common cause.
"The Step Game" is a live online reality Greek Show/Step Show 40-day fundraising competition that connects D9 fans and black billionaires. The show attracts black Listers, Rappers, Celebrities, Athletes, Black Letter Greeks, and Community Leaders who share common interests and needs. The internet simplifies connecting donors with causes, unleashing new enthusiasm for giving and wealth accumulation. The All-Inclusive Greek Show allows a community of like-minded people to engage online and offline.
